Buhl Fire District Pays Idaho Power $47.18



BUHL RURAL FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
MINUTES OF THE MEETING
APRIL 18, 2011

The meeting was called to order by John Stiegemeier at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 18, 2012 in the City Hall Building of Buhl, Idaho.

Commissioners in attendance included: Herb Deuel and John Stiegemeier.  Others in attendance included Fire Chief Mark Korsen, Assistant Chief Nathan Fawcett and District Clerk Mike Ruffing.


Minutes of the March 14, 2011  meeting were presented.  Approval was moved by Herb and seconded by John.  The motion carried two to zero.

A treasurer’s report as of April 18, 2012 was presented, a copy of which is provided.  Approval was moved by Herb and seconded by John.  The motion carried two to zero.

Herb moved the District approve the following bills for payment:

Idaho Power                           -           Electricity                                -           #1646 -  $           47.18
City of Buhl               -           Joint Powers                            -           #1647 -  $           47.18
Michael Ruffing         -           Accounting                             -           #1648 -  $            88.59
ICRIMP                     -           Insurance                                 -           #1649 -  $          250.00
Herb Deuel                  -           Commissioner Comp               -           #1650 -  $           47.18
John Stiegimeier          -           Commissioners Comp             -           #1651 -  $           47.18

John seconded.  Motion carried two to zero.

Joint Powers claims for March Expenditures were presented.  Approval was moved by Herb and seconded by John.  The motion carried two to zero.

FIRE CHIEFS REPORT
Chief’s report accepted.  (Copy Attached)  Herb moved for approval.  John seconded.  Motion carried two to zero.

OLD BUSINESS – Ambulance specs are being developed.  Site prep specs are being developed.

NEW BUSINESS   - None

COMMISSIONERS’ CONCERNS – Commissioner Finney’s ongoing absence was noted.

CITIZENS’ CONCERNS - None


There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
